However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for our services. Cancellation Policy

  • Project Initiation: If you cancel your service agreement before we begin work on your project, you will receive a full refund.

  • Project Initiation After Payment: If you cancel your service agreement after we have begun work on your project, a prorated refund will be issued based on the completed work. We will calculate the completed work based on the time spent on your project compared to the estimated time for the entire project.

  • Monthly Services: For ongoing monthly services, you can cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice period. No refunds will be provided for the current month’s service once the month has begun.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services rendered prior to cancellation, as described in the cancellation policy.

  • Rush fees or expedited service charges.
