At IntQBooks Solutions, we are dedicated to providing flexible and client-focused bookkeeping and accounting services. This combined policy outlines our Free Trial, No Upfront Payment, and Pay Only After Satisfaction commitments to ensure a risk-free and satisfying experience.


Free Trial (1 Week to 1 Month)

We offer a free trial of our services ranging from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the service package selected. The specific duration will be confirmed in your engagement letter or at signup.

  • Eligibility: Available to new clients who have not previously used IntQBooks services. Only one free trial per business entity is permitted.
  • Services Included: Access to a limited scope of bookkeeping services (e.g., data entry, reconciliation, basic financial reporting) as outlined in your trial agreement.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without any charges by notifying us in writing via email at info@intqbooks.com or by phone at +1 (315)-557-6525.
  • Transition to Paid Services: If you continue after the free trial, standard service terms will apply, including fees and payment terms as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.


No Upfront Payment

We do not require any upfront payment to begin working on your bookkeeping or accounting project.

  • Billing Process: Services will commence upon signing the engagement letter, and you will be invoiced after the completion of the initial work phase or at the end of the billing cycle (e.g., monthly for ongoing services). Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Applicability: Applies to all standard bookkeeping and accounting services. Additional services like tax preparation or payroll processing may have separate payment terms, specified in your engagement letter.
  • Non-Compliance: If payment is not received within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to pause services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Pay Only After Satisfaction

You are only required to pay for our services after you are satisfied with the work delivered.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Upon completion of a project phase or billing cycle, we will provide deliverables for your review. You will have a 7-day review period to confirm satisfaction.
  • Review Process: If you are not satisfied, notify us in writing within the 7-day period, detailing the issues. We will address your concerns at no additional cost.
  • Payment After Satisfaction: Once you confirm satisfaction, we will issue an invoice for the services rendered, with payment terms of net 30 days.
  • Non-Satisfaction Resolution: If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, you will not be charged for the unsatisfactory portion of the work. You will remain responsible for payment for any services you have approved as satisfactory.
  • Applicability: Applies to standard bookkeeping and accounting services. Additional services may have separate satisfaction terms, specified in your engagement letter.

 

Changes to This Policy
